The Disappearance and the Suspect

She had met 44-year-old businessman Pavel Kozlov just six months prior. According to friends, their romance started after she posted online about looking for a companion, and Kozlov pursued her aggressively, approaching her directly on the street. The International Manhunt and Arrest
Russian authorities immediately launched an international search. Because Kozlov had fled across borders, tracking him down required cooperation across multiple jurisdictions.
